Make a buyer inquiry easy to evaluate
Describe the avocado programme you need: preferred variety, intended use, destination, estimated quantity with units and proposed delivery period. Add the desired carton format and condition on receipt if these are already known. If a detail is still undecided, say so rather than filling the gap with a guess.
Separate a one-off trial from a proposed repeat programme. State which requirements are essential and which could be discussed after a sample review. Make a packing inquiry describe the incoming fruit
State who owns the fruit, the variety or assortment, its source reference, estimated incoming quantity and likely delivery period. Explain which work you need and whether you will supply packaging or approved labels. Include any known condition concern that the receiving team should assess before accepting the service order.
If transport, holding, testing or a treatment may be needed, list that as a question for confirmation rather than assuming it is included.
